POSITION AVAILABLE :  DIRECTOR OF SALES

Sudbury Broadcasting Group including stations KHLS, KLCN, KQDD, KOSE and KAMJ, is seeking applicants for the position of Director of Sales.

The Director of Sales is responsible for recruiting, developing, training and motivating a highly aggressive sales staff. It will be the responsibility of the Director of Sales to implement the sales plan, lead by example, and maintain a sales list making sure that list exceeds its budget every month.

            The Director of Sales will be charged with leading a sales team that reaches and exceeds its monthly sales budget. The Director of Sales would work with other members of the management team in developing these sales and profit goals and in developing a sales plan that will ensure that we reach and exceed our budget goals.
